Reporting Lost, Stolen or Fraudulent Use of Cards
Call as soon as you realize your card is missing or suspect it has been used fraudulently. You will need the cardholder's name, address (and card number if possible). A Bank representative will work with you to notify the appropriate parties and replace your card. Help is only a phone call away!

The card will be stopped immediately and a replacement ordered.
Damaged Cards
If your card is damaged, call Customer Services at the telephone numbers provided above.
A new card will be sent to the address we have on file for you. You should receive it within a few days.
